I met Jayke in early 2021 when he asked to be his #byronbayphotographer to capture his wonderful proposal to his better half Rebecca. He decided to propose at Wategos Beach in Byron Bay, a stunning location which has a particular place in his heart. He came every year since he was a child to visit relatives who have a property there and to spend some relaxing time in Byron Bay and enjoy the beach. This year, after Covid happened and through 5 date changes, finally Rebecca & Jayke were able to celebrate their wedding and asked my to fly to Sydney to take pictures of the event. I felt so lucky and honoured and couldn't wait to capture the day.
